Human resource management and development of organ donation coordinator

摘要: 器官捐献与移植事业的转型需要坚实的人才基础,任何一家器官获取组织都必须从战略高度把握器官捐献协调员的人力资源管理和开发。器官捐献协调员自我发展诉求强,个人绩效考核难,人才投资成本大,专业知识和技能稀缺且不可替代,是器官获取组织最宝贵的人力资源。针对现阶段普遍存在高素质协调员缺乏、人力资源管理理念落后、管理体系不健全、激励政策不科学等问题,有必要把器官获取组织的公益性目标和协调员的个人发展需求有机地结合起来,从国家层面制订协调员人力资源管理规划,器官获取组织的架构要扁平化,给一线协调员充分授权,加强系统性、专业化的岗位培训,构建宽严相济的管理制度,营造“以人为本”的文化氛围,设立柔性、灵活的激励政策,除了物质激励(薪酬和福利待遇等)以外,更应强化精神激励,如情感激励、荣誉激励和事业激励等。
