摘要: 超声弹性成像是一种无创检测肝组织弹性硬度的全新技术, 可准确提供移植肝组织的弹性硬度信息。本文就超声弹性成像新技术评估移植肝状态的临床应用进展作一综述, 介绍超声弹性成像技术的原理和分类、正常移植肝状态的弹性硬度演变、弹性成像评估移植肝纤维化的临床应用、弹性成像诊断移植肝排斥反应的临床价值和移植肝弹性测值异常的其他病因。超声弹性成像具有操作简便、无创性、可多次重复等优点, 已被临床接受并应用于移植肝的随访监测。
