Abstract: Looking through the epidemiological situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia at home and abroad, we must be mentally prepared for the normalization of epidemic prevention and control in a period of time.Organ transplantations hospitals in China, especially the designated hospitals for novel coronavirus pneumonia carrying out liver transplantation, should adapt to the epidemic situation, strengthen awareness of prevention and control, and optimize measures for epidemic prevention and control.The expert consensus was developed according to the characteristics of end-stage liver disease and the particularity of designated hospitals in carrying out liver transplantation, and based on the relevant regulations of the state and industry.It also referred to the experience of organ transplantation in designated hospitals for novel coronavirus pneumonia in China, and combined with the general principle of"guarding against imported cases and preventing a resurgence of the outbreak at home", aiming to provide reference for medical staff, laboratory and hospital management personnel related to liver transplantation.
