促进自体冻存卵巢组织移植存活的方法研究进展

Research progress of methods to promote the survival of cryopreserved ovarian tissue auto-transplantation

  • 摘要: 随着癌症治疗技术的发展,癌症患者的生存率显著提高。但化学药物治疗(化疗)和放射治疗(放疗)可能导致年轻女性癌症患者发生卵巢早衰和不孕,而自体冻存卵巢组织移植是这类患者保存生育能力的有效方法。目前,该技术最大的挑战是移植后卵泡大量丢失。本文综述了自体冻存卵巢组织移植存活的影响因素及改善方法。

     

    Abstract: With the technology development of cancer treatment, the survival rate of patients with cancer has been significantly improved. However, chemotherapy and radiation therapy may lead to premature ovarian failure and infertility in young women with cancer. Cryopreserved ovarian tissue auto-transplantation is an effective method to preserve fertility of such female patients. At present, the biggest challenge of this technique is mass loss of follicles after transplantation. In this article, the influencing factors and improvement methods of survival of cryopreserved ovarian tissue auto-transplantation were reviewed.
