抗原提呈细胞在异种移植中的作用研究进展

Research progress on the role of antigen-presenting cells in xenotransplantation

  • 摘要: 器官移植是终末期器官衰竭患者有效的替代治疗途径,移植器官来源紧缺限制了临床器官移植的开展,近年来CRISPR-Cas 9基因编辑技术的突破,打破了异种移植超急性排斥反应的壁垒,异种移植有望解决器官来源短缺的难题。排斥反应是影响移植器官存活的重要因素,抗原提呈细胞在异种移植排斥反应及免疫调节的发生和发展过程中发挥重要作用,深入研究抗原提呈细胞在异种移植免疫调控中的作用具有重要意义。本文述评专职抗原提呈细胞巨噬细胞、树突状细胞和B细胞在异种移植中发挥的作用及治疗策略,以期为后续深入研究异种移植免疫调控机制提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Organ transplantation is an effective alternative treatment for patients with end-stage organ failure. However, the shortage of donor organs has limited the widespread application of clinical transplantation. In recent years, breakthroughs in CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology have overcome the barrier of hyperacute rejection in xenotransplantation, offering a potential solution to the organ shortage crisis. Rejection remains a critical factor affecting graft survival. Antigen-presenting cells play a vital role in the initiation and progression of rejection and immune regulation in xenotransplantation. Therefore, in-depth investigation into the role of antigen-presenting cells in xenotransplantation is of great significance. This article summarizes the roles and therapeutic strategies of professional antigen-presenting cells, including macrophages, dendritic cells and B cells in xenotransplantation, aiming to provide insights for future research on immune regulation mechanisms in this field.
