Application value of quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in evaluating donor liver from donation after brain death

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨超声造影(CEUS)定量参数在评估脑死亡器官捐献(DBD)供肝中的应用价值。  方法  回顾性分析25例DBD供肝和10例健康成人肝脏的临床资料。收集DBD供肝组和对照组的CEUS检查情况,参数包括曲线下面积(AUC)、峰值强度(Imax)、达峰时间(TTP)、平均渡越时间(mTT)等。  结果  DBD供肝组的25例中,23例为正常增强模式,另2例为异常增强模式。与对照组比较,DBD供肝组的AUC、Imax、mTT值均明显降低(均为P<0.05)。  结论  CEUS定量参数是评估DBD供肝微灌注的有效指标。
