Research progress on cardiac xenotransplantation

  • 摘要: 心脏移植是治疗终末期心脏病的一种有效方法,但由于供体的缺乏使其开展受到限制。近年来异种心脏移植(CXTx)的研究取得了显著的进展,为心脏移植供体短缺提供了一个可行的方案。但由于存在跨物种免疫排斥反应、移植术后无法长期维持心脏生理功能及移植物状态监测欠佳等问题,CXTx仍面临着许多挑战。本文就CXTx在免疫排斥反应、移植方法、异种移植物状态监测等方面的研究进展做一综述并讨论CXTx的临床应用前景及面临的挑战。
