Research progress on prevention and treatment of donor-derived infection in organ transplantation

  • 摘要: 器官移植是治疗终末期器官衰竭的首选有效治疗方法,供者来源性感染(DDI)与移植术后受者感染发生率和病死率显著相关。供者筛选技术的改进以及早期的防治可以提高移植的安全性。本文总结了DDI细菌感染、真菌感染、病毒感染以及寄生虫感染的病原体特征,并就其防治的研究进展进行了简述,以期为减少DDI提供参考。
