Research progress of HO-1 and autophagy in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury

  • 摘要: 血红素加氧酶(HO)-1及其酶解产物可通过减轻活性氧自由基损伤、减少细胞凋亡、抑制炎症反应和维持微循环稳定等作用减轻肝脏缺血-再灌注损伤(HIRI)。自噬是细胞利用溶酶体对自身受损细胞器和大分子物质进行生物学降解的过程,被认为是在应激情况下减轻细胞损伤的适应性反应,可有效减少细胞死亡。近年来越来越多的研究表明自噬与HIRI也有着密切的关系。本文回顾了近年来国内外的研究报道,从HO-1与HIRI、自噬与HIRI、HO-1与自噬在HIRI中的相互作用及其机制等方面进行综述。
